Synchronicity/Coincidences or Life Path?

Fast forward several years and my interest in Psychic ability had not waned.  As with most people though the stresses and pressure of day to day life and working in the Computer Science field meant there was little time to pay attention to the spiritual side of life.

I would never consider myself a religious person.  I was raised a Roman Catholic and at one stage had visions of being an altar boy but as Church got in the way of me playing sport I soon decided religion was not for me. 

I also had difficulty in my younger years when it came to reading and more importantly believing the bible as a child.  Call it "gut feeling" or "intuition" but  saw it more as a fantasy story than anything else and on top of this I knew religious people that attended church and were not very nice people anyway!  I was what you would consider a non practicing catholic.
